I experienced an awful smell in my room that lingered throughout my stay and was present in the hallway as well. It was very unpleasant and made it hard to relax in the room. Additionally, the lack of hot water was a major letdown after long days exploring Guanajuato. I expected basic amenities like hot running water, but I was constantly disappointed in that aspect.

The room was super clean with a microwave and a fridge. Free high-speed internet in the lobby and friendly staff made my stay even better. Parking availability was a huge plus too!
